This website and the EFPT app use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. We keep them to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we use

Essential cookies keep you signed in and keep your session secure (set by our authentication provider, Supabase). These are required for the app to work and cannot be turned off. Local storage on your device remembers small preferences - for example whether you have dismissed the first-run walkthrough or muted the rest timer - and, in the installed app, queues your logged sets while you are offline.

What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. Payments are handled by Stripe and email by Resend; where those providers set cookies, they do so only to deliver their part of the service.

Managing cookies
